PINCHED Media is built on trust. This policy explains what we collect when you read, watch, listen, subscribe or publish on PINCHED, and the choices you control.

What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email address, profile image, country and the role you sign up as — fan, creator or organisation.
Activity we need to run the product: content you save, follow, purchase or support, playback progress, and the device and browser data included in ordinary web requests.
Payment records for purchases and support are stored as references from our payment processor. We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To deliver the service: authenticate you, keep your library and continue-watching shelves accurate, and route paid content to the right creator.
To improve editorial and product decisions using aggregated analytics — never to sell your personal data.
To send the newsletter and product notices you asked for. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that make PINCHED work: hosting, database and storage, payment providers, email delivery and analytics. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
We disclose data to authorities only when legally compelled, and we will tell you where the law allows.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us via the contact page.
Creators can withdraw content from sale; purchase records are retained for accounting and tax obligations.
Security and retention
Access to reader and creator data is enforced at the database level with row-level security, so one account cannot read another account's private records.
We keep personal data only as long as your account is active, or as long as the law requires for financial records.
